Thornhill Farm is located just North of Cardiff; well positioned to serve the very large population of both Cardiff and Caerphilly. People have become increasingly aware of the origin of their food and want tasty, healthy produce.Thornhill Farm has a vital part to play in being able to supply this produce and service. A Farm Shop and Coffee Shop opened in 2006 to sell home and locally produced meat, home grown fruit and vegetables in season as well as cakes, preserves, pickles and meals. We believe that more than ever, people are preferring to purchase locally produced, quality produce, and enjoy the rural environment. This family run 80 acre farm has beef and sheep and some home grown vegetables. Also opened in 2006, our 5-plot Caravan Club is open for visitors who want to enjoy the great rural location, whilst being so conveniently close to Cardiff and South Wales generally. OPENING TIMES: Tuesday to Saturday 9am – 5pm and Closed Sunday & MondayChristmas Experience : Mon-Sun during December 10am – 4.30pm. Group visits by appointment only |
